To enhance the AT&T Business Healthcare Solutions webpage, making it a comprehensive, engaging, and easy-to-navigate resource for healthcare organizations. The goal is to better communicate how AT&T’s innovative technology products and services—such as advanced connectivity, data security, cloud solutions, and IoT—can help healthcare providers improve patient care, streamline operations, and drive better outcomes.

Defined Information Architecture (IA) & Content Organization

  • Simplified Navigation: The website’s navigation was reorganized to make it easier for users to find relevant healthcare solutions. Sections were grouped logically (e.g., Connectivity Solutions, IoT for Healthcare, Security & Compliance) to guide users to the most pertinent content quickly.
  • Clear Value Proposition: The homepage now highlights AT&T’s unique value to healthcare providers, making it immediately clear how AT&T’s solutions can improve healthcare operations, patient care, and data security.
  • Streamlined User Flow: The path to key information (e.g., case studies, product details, consultations) was optimized so that users could easily move through the site without confusion. This included reducing the number of clicks required to reach the most important content.

2. Enhanced Visual & User Interface Design (UI)

  • Modern, Clean Aesthetic: The website design was updated to reflect a more modern and professional look, consistent with AT&T’s branding, while ensuring the design aligned with the healthcare sector’s need for trust and reliability.
